Shipping Information:
1. Shipping Areas: We currently ship within New Zealand (Aotearoa) only.
2. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. (Please note: Public holidays may affect these timeframes).
3. Shipping Methods and Costs: We offer standard shipping via NZ Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order for orders outside of New Zealand. Deliveries to rural addresses will cost extra.
4. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location within New Zealand. Most orders are delivered within 2-5 business days after dispatch.
5. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery.
Returns and Exchanges:
We hope you love your Mīharo products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges policy:

1. Returns Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Return Process: If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@miharohairproducts.com with your order number and details of the product you would like to return or exchange. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
3. Refunds and Credits: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
4. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost to you.
